Matetic 2017 Corralillo Pinot Noir (Casablanca Valley)

Foresty plum and cherry aromas are spicy and feature can't-miss Chilean aromas of juniper and pine along with leather. The palate on this hot-year Pinot Noir is round along the fringes, with toasty oak-driven flavors of root beer and cola as well as mocha, coffee and baked plum. Heat rises up on a finish that's texturally soft. Michael Schachner
