Maximin Grünhäuser 2004 Abstberg Auslese Riesling (Mosel-Saar-Ruwer)

Surprisingly big and full-bodied for a Grünhäus wine, with hints of diesel and baked apple on the nose followed by a panopoly of flavors that ranges from apple and lime to honey and mineral. The finish is powerful and lingers a long time. Imported by Valckenberg International, Inc. Joe Czerwinski
