Sunny whiffs of raspberry, melon and tangerine lend contrast to zippy lime and lemon on the palate of this steely, razor-edged dry wine. Bristling acidity lends lightness on the palate, but a mineral-oil cling amplifies its richness and depth. It's delicious already but should gain density and power over the next decade.
