Wisps of cocoa powder and cinnamon lend a warm, spicy tone to this rich, berry-toned wine. Ripe black plum and blackberry flavors are lipsmackingly fruity but calibrated neatly by crisp acidity and fine, chalky tannins. The finish is long and lingering.
