A deep-purple, bold, spicy wine with plenty of power. Inky and meaty, it jumps from the glass with assertive, gamy fruit. Deep red and black berries along with char, tar and spice all suggest plenty of aging potential. The luxurious scents of leather and exotic spice, now just hinted at, will surely emerge with a couple of more years of bottle age.
