Always a Rhône-style blend, this latest version of McCrea's non sequitur puts the emphasis on Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. At first it smells a little pruney, but in the mouth it layers in cola and chocolate, and the fruit keeps on trucking and does not fade or fail. Prime time drinking right now.
