Softly aromatic of lemon and vanilla, this is a mid-weight Pinot Gris with a whisper of oak and ripe pear. On the finish it gets slightly richer, along with an herbal undertone that begs for fresh goat cheese or oysters on the half shell with a citrus vinaigrette.
