McGrail 2019 James Vincent Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Livermore Valley)

Cellar Selection

Beautifully voluptuous fruits are complemented by mature tannins while the elevated acidity seamlessly cuts through the center of this full bodied red, highlighting the vivacity of those fruit notes. Complementary to the oak tones are deftly sprinkled spices further elevating the experience. Notes of black cherry, black plum, cassis, dried violets, anise, and toasted cedar. Approachable now, it will be best through at least 2030. Stacy Briscoe
