McKahn 2017 Grenache (Amador County)

Richness, ripeness and a luxurious oakiness make this a big, plush and flavorful wine. It shows wonderfully warm baking-spice aromas, late-picked cherry and currant flavors and a mouthfilling texture. A good structure of moderate tannins and full body nicely balances out the big flavors. Jim Gordon
