Mellow Corn Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey

An uninteresting bouquet of dull aromas of canned corn and squash. Palate entry is hot and aggressive, but displays an appealing corndog plumpness; midpalate tones down the alcohol, leaving behind a fat, oily whiskey that's intensely buttery and rich in the aftertaste. A bit too awkward and rudimentary. P.P.
