Not sure a Syrah/Baco Noir/Dolcetto/Merlot blend has ever been done, but here it is. Sharp with spicy rhubarb fruit and a leathery undertaste, this rustic, earthy wine is plenty flavorful and wild. Suggestion: chill it, serve it in tumblers, and appreciate its wildness with a smoky rack of grilled ribs.
