This has intense pink color with attractive acidity, plenty of sweet strawberry flavors and the merest hint of spirit. Light and bright, it's attractive, clean and fruity. Pink and rosé Ports—Ruby blends with limited exposure to the grape skins—are best served chilled and in cocktails.
