Michel & Stéphane Ogier 2014 La Combe de Malleval (Condrieu)

Pronounced earth tones on the first whiff dissipate with aeration to reveal a complex array of tropical fruit and floral aromas. Rich and broad on the palate, this wine offers a lavish concoction of sun-kissed tangerine, pineapple and peach flavors kissed with vanilla and spice. The finish is a touch warming but silken and expansive. Anna Lee C. Iijima
