Made from fifty-year old Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo vines, this wine has aromas of violet, cherry and earth with whiffs of tobacco leaf and smoke. The palate delivers black cherry, white pepper and nutmeg mingled with balsamic notes. It's smooth with fine tannins.
