Miguel Torres 2007 Reserva Privada Cordillera Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon-Viognier Red (Central Valley)

Aromas of sweet berry fruit and cherry lean toward medicinal. The palate is juicy due to bold acidity, and the flavors settle on main street cherry. There's a buttery oak note on the finish, but overall it's more basic and fruity than supple and complex. Michael Schachner
