Miguel Torres NV Cordillera Brut Pinot Noir (Curicó and Maipo Valleys)

This brut made from Pinot Noir is sweet and simple on the nose, suggesting a welcome note of applesauce. It's a bit foamy and lacking in texture, but the flavors of tangy apple, lime and lemon are nice. It finishes with a seltzer character. Michael Schachner
