Minassian-Young 2013 Estate Zinfandel (Paso Robles)

The nose on this wine is fairly shy with pencil shavings, danker herbs and a plum-fruit backbone, which predicts a very dry palate. However, the flavors are extremely ripe and sweet, with strawberry, black plum, mission fig and vanilla flavors. Matt Kettmann
