Minimus 2014 Dijon Free Chardonnay (Willamette Valley)

A bit cloudy and still tasting as if it came right out of the new French barrels in which it was fermented, this offers a rich and diverse texture and highlights of lemon oil, beeswax and Aplets & Cotlets. There's a lot going on here, in a blocky chunky, fruity style. Paul Gregutt
