Minimus 2016 #23 Noir Red (Willamette Valley)

The Noir is an equal blend of co-fermented Gamay Noir, Pinot Noir and Trousseau Noir. An interesting experiment, but it emerges with a bitterness around barely ripe flavors of rhubarb and pink berry. Paul Gregutt
