This dessert wine is a blend of 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Dark-golden in hue, it tastes like a fresh apricot tart glazed ever so slightly with sugar. Light drinking and very beautifully made, try enjoying this poured over vanilla ice cream.
