Mitchell 2001 Sevenhill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Clare Valley)

Another Mitchell red that's drinkable even in its infancy, this Cab has soft but approachable tannins, and a great bouquet of pure plum and grape fruit. The palate shows black currant, mostly, dusted with pastry flour. Yum.
