This re-release of a limited quantity of the 1990 vintage from Moët's library is a wonderfully mature wine, but not old. It has toast, cookie and almond flavors over a complex pattern of tight tannins and rare spices. A wine to savor, although its flavors lend themselves to many rich foods.
