Moët & Chandon 1995 Brut Impérial (Champagne)

The vintage Moët seems a bit sugary, with broad, simple flavors. It's a blocky wine; a bit of citrus here, some butterscotch there, and that sugary kick to the finish. Just a bit too paint-by-the-numbers. Paul Gregutt
