Sweet-tart Mirabelle and grapefruit flavors are dusted with crushed white peppercorns and struck slate here. Laced by hints of caramelized honey, it's delectably ripe in fruit but maintains a thrilling acidic balance and a chalky, lip smacking mineral finish.
