Monochrome 2021 Center Tone ONX Estate Vineyard Grenache Gris (California)
This rare grape makes for a compelling sip in this bottling, starting with restrained tropical-fruit aromas of kiwi sorbet and mango, as stone adds a rocky edge on the nose. The palate is even more stony in flavor at first, then opens toward gardenia and jasmine tones. Matt Kettmann
