Dark red in color, with jam-like strawberry and raspberry aromas. The palate is full, round and soda-like in texture, and even if the flavors remind you of black cherry soda, it's a good memory. Interesting and different among Spanish rosé Cavas. Garnacha and Monastrell are the grapes used. Michael Schachner
