Monte Ferro 2014 Dion Vineyard Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

Pale rose in color, this soft, tasty wine seems to be moving quickly along the aging curve. It spent some time in 30% new French oak, cloaking its flavors of rhubarb pie in highlights of cracker and milk chocolate. Drink this sooner rather than later. Paul Gregutt
