Fermented and aged in barrique, this mature structured white offers subtle aromas of pressed yellow flower, dried stone fruit and toast. The round palate offers mature yellow apple, lemon drop, toasted almond and a dollop of honey. This definitely isn't a classic apéritif so pair it with white meats or seasoned cheeses.
