Here's a classically crafted Chianti Classico that offers a multifaceted boiuquet of wild cherry, spice and leather, with a hint of meat juices and herbs. The palate shows a core of black-cherry layered with white pepper and rosemary. It's still young, briskly tannic and nervous so give this time to fully develop. Drink 2016–2025.
