Montes 2005 Cherub Rosé of Syrah (Colchagua Valley)

Smooth, clean and succulent, with a pretty, rich color. The base grape is all Syrah, and the result is zesty and flavor-packed. It's a punchy wine with deep raspberry and nectarine flavors, and among Chilean rosé wines it is in a class by itself. Michael Schachner
