Licorice, mint and black plum aromas foreshadow somewhat tart, snappy fruit flavors. The wine has a good mouthfeel but registers a little short on depth of fruit and the sweetness that usually defines South American Malbec. Finishes with some vanilla but also acidic crispness. With 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
