Touching up against syrupy, this ultra-rich style of Syrah from Apalta in Colchagua is pumped full of coconut, barrel char and deep berry fruit. It's a saturated Syrah with palate-coating berry, vanilla and spice flavors. It's also slightly candied and immensely ripe. Finishes with barrel notes, chocolate and thickness.
