Winemaker Fabiano Ramaci uses Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara and Negrara grapes in this wine, drying the grapes for 120 days before fermenting. Tangy and high toned, it tastes of leather and Christmas spice, with a dusting of dried herb and dark brambly blackberry. Virginie Boone
