Morandé 2009 Pionero Pinot Noir (Casablanca Valley)

Rusty and transparent in color, with aromas of inner tube, burnt leaves and tomato. The palate is angular and just round enough to avoid being outright sharp, and the flavors lean toward tomato and brown sugar. High on acidity but low on fruit. Michael Schachner
