Môreson 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon (Franschhoek)

The aromas and flavors of tobacco, anise and apple peels are fleshed out with vivid fruit, in the form of blackberries and plums. A bit of air develops the consuming sensation of pepper into an herby char on the finish, and chalky, coating tannins on the body.
