Morgan Simpson 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon (McLaren Vale)

With a nose of tomato and herbs and so little fruit, you immediately question this wine's ripeness. Sour cherry flavors are strong on the palate, which is quite green at its core. The wine has a good enough mouthfeel but neither the flavors nor richness to match. Michael Schachner
