Morovino 2010 Sangiovese (Santa Barbara County)

Shows the dryness and tart acidity of a nice Sangiovese, with sour cherry candy flavors and firm, slightly astringent tannins. It's also a bit rustic. Try as a racy, earthy companion to beef or veal dishes, or tomato-based chicken casseroles.
