Mosby 2002 Traminer (Santa Barbara County)

Wildflowers, peaches, tart green apples and opulent oriental spices come together in this richly fruity but very dry wine. The most notable thing about it is the acidity, which is fresh and peppery. Try with Chinese food or salty meats.
