Along with the PV comes smaller amounts of Cabernet, Merlot and (surprise!) Mourvèdre, aged in a mix of new and used, French and American oak. It's a complex wine, nicely woven together, with tart fruit, earthy spice, and a pleasing finish with some new barrel toast.
