This lush, fruity blend is two thirds pinot noir, one third chardonnay, and mostly from the 2001 vintage. It is a delicious, every day, méthode champenoise sparkling wine with crisp, fleshy, green apple flavors. Fruit-driven, it's got good punch and persistence, and a clean and refreshing finish.
