For a crisp, fresh white that dances with fish or shrimp, look no further. The wine saw some malolactic fermentation and even less barrel fermentation, but both are noticeable in the round body. As far as aromas and flavors, it's citrusy, emphasizing grapefruit and orange rind. In many ways it's akin to Sauvignon Blanc; steely and lean, but hardly weak. Michael Schachner
