This vintage blends Pommard and 777 clones, and the black cherry fruit is a bit more forward than in 2014. Cola, mineral, tar and char notes come into play, with an energetic feel. Subtle suggestions of pine needles emerge as the flavors slowly fade. It drinks beautifully on the second day.
