Naumes 2017 Tempranillo (Rogue Valley)

This is a solid, if unspectacular, take on this variety. It's rather astringent, with flavors of ash and black tea overtaking the lighter notes of berry and leaf. Cedar and tobacco aromas add further depth. Some 20% of the barrels were new. Paul Gregutt
