Aromas of fynbos, fresh hop flower, lime leaf and lemon verbena abound in the herbal bouquet of this Chenin. Notes of Anjou pear and green apple form a fruity core to ground the assertive herbal characteristics, while hints of dried herbs and honeyed spice unfold on the close.
