This single-vineyard Barolo is a nice effort from the scorching 2007 vintage. While the nose is not very expressive, it does show some floral aromas, as well as espresso notes from new wood. The palate delivers ripe raspberry along with chocolate and spice, but is short on freshness and complexity. Drink now.
