Floral scents, ripe woodland berry, grilled sage and a balsamic note lead the way on this firmly structured wine. The palate is still youthfully aggressive, but offers dark red berry, clove and grilled herb alongside firm tannins and fresh acidity. This is still rather closed so give it a few more years. Drink 2019–2024.
