Neudorf 2016 Sauvignon Blanc (Nelson)

Relatively quiet yet persistent aromas of tropical and stone fruit, banana, a speck of honey and just a touch of green bean introduce a slippery-textured palate of waxy lemon and grapefruit. The acidity is there, but unlike other examples of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, it's not searing or green. Christina Pickard
