Nicholas Cole Cellars is the winery, and the grapes are sourced from top vineyards such as Klipsun, Champoux, DuBrul, Alder Ridge and Canoe Ridge. This is a straightforward Bordeaux blend—Cabernet, Merlot and Cab Franc—soft and spicy with a sensuous cooked-plum flavor. It's already showing a bit of a Port-like or pruny edge and mature flavors suggesting cooked fruits, cola and confectionary spice.
