Spicy aromas of clove, nutmeg and anise combine in the glass along with scents of baked plum, violet and aromatic herb. The tense palate offers dried black cherry, cranberry, cedar and sage along with a hint of fig. Tensed close-grained tannins and a backbone of firm acidity provide the framework. Drink 2018–2025.
