Ninquén 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah (Colchagua Valley)

This blend is minerally, a bit reduced, foresty and crusty smelling, with plenty of black-fruit power at its base. Deep and dense in the mouth, this rolls along with plum, berry, molasses and loamy flavors. An earthy, baked finish is bold and brawny. Drink through 2018. Michael Schachner
